West Philippine Sea, Still an Issue of Soveriegnty

The Philippines has new administration and a new look with the issue on West Philippine Sea . With the last administration's diplomatic strategy in reclaiming [to us Filipinos, our sovereign rights over Kalayaan Group of Islands better known as Spratlys Islands,] and China's continous ignoring our claim despite some positive support from other nations, the impact is a burden carried on by our noble fisherfolks who were grabbed of their rich fishing grounds and consecquently thereby pinning them more to poverty. It is for a fact that most of these fishers experienced prohibitions from fishing to the or near the disputed area where in the past they caught fish abundantly.

As most Filipinos are clamoring for changes the case of West Philippines Sea is entrusted to the new administration only to be dismayed as there is no actions taken to the continued occupancy of China to the place.

BAHA at Global Warming

Nakakatawa dahil ung mga nasa gobyerno ay pilit na isinasaksak sa pag-iisip ng mga mamamayan na ang pagbaha ng isang lugar ay dahil sa walang maayos na daanan ang tubig ulan o di kaya naman ay nababarahan ng mga basurang di maayos na napapamahalaan ang pagtatapon. Maaring tutuo ang mga nabanggit na dahilan subalit ito ay napakababaw at rason lamang ng pamahalaan upang maiwasan ang mas tunay, malawak at masalimuot na dahilan: ang pag-iinit ng mundo o global warming. Dahilan sa pag-iinit ng mundo ay natunaw ang trilyong tonelada ng yelo sa Artika at Antartika bagay na nagpataas ng tubig dagat. Kung ating susuriin ang karagatan ang pinal na imbakan ng tubig ng mundo sapagkat ang mga lugar na ito ang pinakamababa sa mundo. Matatandaang katangian ng tubig na umagos sa pinakamababang bahagi ng mundo kung kaya sa pagtaas ng level ng dagat ay wala ng huhugusan ang tubig kundi sa mga lugar na kalevel ng karagatan. Ito ang tinatawag nating BAHA !

The West Philippine Sea is home and granary to most of filipino fishers . The ongoing claim and occupancy of China made our fishers displaced of fishing ground which mean that economic benefits from our sovereignty are grabbed to us.
